Questions schools actually ask

You're warned before it happens, and existing students keep working — nothing is deleted or locked. New admissions pause until you move up a plan, which takes a minute and is prorated.

Yes. Download the Excel template, paste your list in, upload it. Every problem row is shown before anything is saved, and it refuses to import at all while any row is invalid — half a register is worse than none.

No. Parents open a web page on any phone, and they receive the SMS whether or not they ever log in. Requiring an app is how school portals end up unused.

SMS is billed by your operator, not by us. You connect your own gateway and sender ID, so you pay the wholesale rate rather than our markup — and there's a dashboard showing exactly what it costs, counted in billable segments rather than messages.

Your data stays for 90 days and you can export it at any point in that window. We don't hold a school's marksheets hostage.

That's what the trial is for — it's the full system, not a cut-down demo. Whatever you set up during the trial is still there when you subscribe.
